    Hi guys.

I’m planning on making a short tutorial video for sending out to customers and I need to record walkthroughs from the pc. I’d also like to record voiceover facility if possible which corresponds with what’s happening on the screen.

Is there something basic/no frills out there? I don’t need anything fancy – just enough to get a few pointers across.

    Cheers, Mark

you can use windows movie maker which is free and works pretty well, with adding music and video, the timeline is a pain though or cyberlink power director you have to pay for this one, you do get 30 days free im sure 😀

I think you are looking for a screen capture rather than a movie maker?

I tried this a few months ago for screen capture, and it worked ok, but I didn’t buy it after the trial (only 25usd)

    Thanks both.

Peter, I think that’ll do what I need. Thanks again.
