    Hi Guys,

Just had a powercut at the unit and have popped home as there is nothing to do and can’t see. I have a Roland SP300 which has obviously off. Will this damage the machine. Is there anything I need to do when the power comes back on?

    Please help 🙁

I would say it will be fine up to 12 hours off, just run a print of when its back on

    Hi Rich,

Thanks for the reply. Power came back on about an hour later so should be OK. Got back to working again then it went again for 2 mins. Not panicking to much now but preying that it doesn’t go again after work.

Have you thought about an UPS supply, mine was only about £30.00, it cuts in as soon as there is loss of power and gives me about 15minutes to turn everything off properly. Large units can service more machines or last longer.
