Hi, i am new to this easy sign software (it has come free with my Jaguar IV 61 of Grafityp.) I was used to signlab that i used at a company i used to work for but i cant justify spending that much on a program when i am just doing this as a hobby. Ok here are a few Questions i have that someone might be able to help me with.

1)For some reason it wont let me apply an outline.
2)Most of the options in the drop down menus at the top are grayed out and wont let me select them.
3)When using signlab you used be able download .eps logos of the Internet import them into signlab and cut directly, now when i try this in easysign it seems the crash the program.

    Has anyone got any ideas?

Matt you probably have a cut down version, with certain options only available if you upgrade,

EPS files are not necessarily vectors, dont know easysign, but do you have import options? You could convert the eps to another format with a suitable program,

If you are doing it as a hobby, then you cant expect the same features of signlab, that costs quite a bit more than your budget. you pay for what you get
    😀

    Hi Matt

Don’t know about Easysign but you could consider buying an older version of Coreldraw off Ebay (even corel 12 I have seen at £9.99, but any version will do). You can then design in that and export/import to Easysign (in EPS or AI or something to cut your design.
You can cut directly out of Corel also.

Just spoke to Grafityp and i have only got the basic starter package which has not got alot of features. 🙁 so may have to look into investing into a new software program. Now as i said i used Signlab 6 at my old company and new that like the back of my hand so may have to invest in signlab or put it on my Xmas list and hope santa brings it for me.
