Is it clear or coloured?
Heartbeat manufacturing in Redditch (Google for no.) may be able to supply it if it is clear. They can bend acrylic so there is no need for a join.

Judging by the sizes if you are going to join, precision will be critical and probably not best suited for in-house manufacture. As Gareth says, find an acrylic fabricator and let them take the hassle………

For strength & quality I’d recommend getting it done by someone with all of the right kit, a proper fabricator.
At 2m in 3 or 5mm acrylic it’s a real PITA to get a perfect bend ‘manually’…you get one shot and if it cools before you’ve finished faffing about it’s near impossible to relax it back & try again. (Been there, done that). 1.2m is about as wide as I’d tackle on my own.
Gluing is possible by yourself – but you’ll need to put in a strip at the back to give some strength, use plenty of Tensol 70, hinge the outside with masking tape….yada yada..
Don’t just get a heat gun – it won’t work!

does this HAVE to be arylic?
what is its purpose anyway, just curious as there maybe better routes to go. -
is this to hold something, might be weak?
I would vcut the two sides with CNC and fuse together with a certain glue that I cant pronounce, our heat-bender is not long enough for that fold and if we could fold it would be very very fiddly.
Could reconsider or pop over to a uPVC plastic trade supply and see what they got but wont be clear or 5mm thick.

The thing you need to make is really really easy, 20 mins of a job but what is it for ?? Its like gluing a return to a built up letter only longer you just need the 2 bits with a nice cut edge, some acryfix or dcm and the edge of a straight bench – I did a thing on here about built up letters ages ago, have a read and youll get the idea

Oh and heat bending is a no go – very hard to stop the angle section curving like a banana
