    Panels.

Your plotter / software setup will normally allow for oversized items to be cut as slightly overlapping panels.

There are other ways that involve manually making these up – but try that route first.

You could also sub out the cutting to someone else, leaving you to weed and apply. That way you end up with a 1 piece application rather than a patchwork logo.

P.S. I only have a 610 cutter too and thats what I have done in the past. :lol1:

    kevin,
I dont know where you are located, but as you are a uksg member,
why not post a request for help in the members area, I have helped out members by doing a cut for them if they dont have a wide plotter. This is NOT a sales pitch, just a sugestion, Otherwise ask for a quote in the quote forum

I had a 4 meters by 4 meters banner to cut and apply using a 610 plotter Kevin.

Using the tiling function you choose an overlap and cut one strip at a time.

8 strips I had to do.

It was a bit of a pain getting lengths 4 m long to run straight through the plotter, but that was the hardest part.
