Theres loads of options. I prefer using a Dibond or Alu Composite Pan, but lots of people go for a panatrim type sign where the sign slides into the frame after mounting.

quickest and easiest for me is panatrim signs with composite board panels.

I would simply paint the fascia and put up flat cut letters on locators.

What I wouldn’t do is paint it and apply vinyl unless the paint job is absolutely first class……… 😮

It depends on the fascia that is there to start with, and what the customer wants,
vinyl to a complete new sign, flat cut or moulded letters, illuminated from the front or back, really need a bit more info to advise the best route to go.
