  can anyone help with a print skewing problem please?

  we are having a problem with print skewing on our jv3 160, anyone had this problem before?
  have cleaned the encoding strip and tried different profiles, the problem is worse on some profiles. any sensible comments please.

  More info… does print skew on both roll and sheet feed? Skew over what distance? Cleaned the pinch rollers lately? Did problem arise after doing something different ie; using a new media, upgrading software/firmware, etc?
