Has anyone had re-occurring problems with the print heads on there

What sort of problems?
Not firing, blank patches, deflections….

Have you tried all of the usual cleaning methods / purges?
eg. manually (maintenance) clean, head soak overnight, powerful cleans.
what age is the machine / heads, how much use does it get, what inks…

done all usual cleaning routines, machine has always been well maintained
only 18 months old, these are the 2nd set of print heads on machine, roland changed the first in april!
Just wondering if anybody has had similar problems, because these print heads cost an absolute fortune! -
Have you spoken to the people at Roland about the problem?

tried everything apart from the 30 second rule
switched off for 30 seconds and works fine
