Hi folks having a problem with my SP540, When I print something 500mm wide by 300 I get perfect results when i take the same image ( All vector ) estate agent boards and make 1250 wide my print is a mess and it seems that the bidirectional setting is off,The image is running off and blending with each other but when I do a test print the settings are fine, this has been happening quite often, usually when i reset the values , do a maintenance its fine until next time i use it, Its an Avery material I’m using, thing is when i use a 700mm wide material ( different type )i get perfect results. is there anything else i should be looking at ?
    thanks

Little more information. When the bi directional setting is done at the base point its fine when done in the second half of the material its completely a mess and unreadable, is this normal ? Even over 300mm its not printing straight and is about 5 mm off.
    thanks
