    Ok so there is an announcement tonight from Steve Jobs about "something" but it’s a known fact that it’s the new notebooks……. anyone else excited about this or is it just me??? :lol1:

    Anyone know anywhere to watch this live? 😎

    loved the video dave, could have watched that all night, i love finding out how things are made, thats one nice lappy too….very slik another one to add to my wish list 😀

    Sorry not a hi jack just a quick reply needed, how easy would it be for me to run windows on a mac and then could I install all my current pc soft wear

    I’m sure there has been plenty posted on here about it but it’s easy enough as long as you got a decent mac…………. most macs come with dual boot software but there is also software to enable you to run windows virtually in another window (vmware or fusion)

    Here’s an open source virtualization program. Never used it though as I’m on a PowerPC G5 iMac. It’s probably not as polished as VMWare of Parallels yet.

    I tried to look at the online macstore, and got kicked off…..

    the new macbook looks a fine bit of kit, but a bit like spending 2k on a watch that doesnt keep any better time than a 2 quid watch from tesco,
    fine if you want to pose and have money to burn.

    just my opinion you understand, so no point in trying to convince me otherwise….. 😉

    I’m sure if you visit an official Mac store near you then you’d change your mind 😉
