  • How do i replace the Grenadier media clamp please?

I need to replace the media clamp on my Grenadier, when I took the old one out there is a small piece of plastic that comes out with it and I am not sure where it goes back to.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

there are two white plastic pins and the metal clamp…
you must sit the two pins into place on clamp and slide it from whatever side the machine it came from. it slides into two little slots that run the width of the machine. the pins do i mean, not the metal part as such…
it is a VERY annoying thing to do as it is difficult to keep everything together and get it slotted in.
the best thing to do is look close to at the one that hasn’t come out and you can see where everything goes.
the easiest way i know to get in at it is to put the machine in the general light clean mode and remove the cover on the left of the machine where the heads move off to and park. that way you can get in at the bit much easier. it is just a case of sliding the clamp to the opposite side if it is not that side that came out.
hope that made sense? 😕 :lol1:

I just noticed that the plastic pins have got slots in them where the media clamp fits into.

    Job done now, thanks!
