Do other programs still copy/paste OK?
    If not re-boot the PC.
If yes but still not Corel:

Close Corel and re-open then try again.

Try CNTRL + C (copy) then CNTRL + V (paste) with the object selected.
If that works it’s a Corel thing.

Might have to re-install Corel if the re-boot etc doesn’t fix it.

Reinstalling is a last resort. Save any customised workspace – close Draw – launch Draw with F8 pressed and accept factory defaults. If this cures problem import back your workspace be aware that palettes will need loading again and macro hot keys will need resetting.

    Cheers lads
Did a restore of factory settings Alan, but while I can see the item in the Clipboard Viewer it still won’t paste into Corel. Have a lot to do using this function today and tomorrow and would rather not have to find the disc for a re-install…..any other ideas?
    Thanks

    Hello Harry.
You could try repairing from the ‘add/ remove’ panel-but I think you might need the CD for that 🙁

Or could you open both prog’s side by side and try to drag & drop?

Sorry if this is no help- I’m quite computer Illiterate I’m afraid 🙄 🙄

Copying from a variety of sources Peter….text from emails, pictures from internet and other documents. Its a pain having save them and then to import them from file.

Known issues with importing to x3 from Mozilla Firefox. Try IE and see if it still happens.

Apparently a Firefox 3 reported issue.
