We booked an engineer to fix our Soljet this week.

I diagnosed the problem – the manifold had melted and had snapped of leaving the dampers freely hanging. Requirement – New Manifold

I rang B&P to arrange an Engineer to visit as part of our extended maintenance contract.

He turned up today had a look at the problem and asked if he could borrow a cross head screwdriver. I thought nothing of it until he then asked to borrow a syringe as well.

It turns out he had no tools with him. Unbelievable!!

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

    Cheers Stephen

probably put a epson water based head in with out changing the manifold and seal, the heads work fine but the associated plastic is not compatible with solvent inks,

dont ask how i know that 😳
