I got Bulmer but does not look anything like that 😮

It’s called Kindersley, and I think it is rather fine.
Designed by a pupil of Eric Gill, David Kindersley
How it came to be adopted for use in street nameplates and how these pressed metal plates are made I’d love to know.
I don’t believe there is a commercially available (genuine) cut of this font.

It looks like it may also go by the name of ‘Octavian’ Have a look at fonts.com.
I agree it does look rather nice. -
