Drivers for Mutoh MC650S CAN YOU HELP FOR XP
Hi Guys and Girls
I m really trying hard to find some or even one Driver for my Plotter its a rather old but still as new Mutoh MC 650S and after trying everywhere even Mutoh no help available Have you got this Model is it working with windows or apple can you help me set this up.
I am using VMP and Sign Lab and lots of others but no drivers found tried looking for a emulation even tried changing in the windows as by vmp help but not able to get it to work!
It runs a full test so its fully working… Go on help and I will be forever i n your DebtCheers Steve

Cant find a manual for it.
But found a spec sheet for it by googling.
The spec sheet says the plotter can be set for MH-GL or HPGL2
You probably can toggle the setting via a menu on the plotter somewhere.
Im reasonably sure if you set it to HPGL2, then any Signlab Mutoh driver should make it cut.
What if any errors are you getting when you try to cut?frank at cadlink

Hi Frank, Thanks for that info, I have tried that and also my software with my Rip vmp WILL ONLY CUT SAMPLES, when I set it up to cut it say unidentified in the read out and fail because unknown printer from my computer.

You should be able to find a driver for a Mutoh SC650, I would give that a go.

Cheers Frank I will give it a try,I today used my Vinyl Master Pro and it has cut out all my sample cuts so I may have at last found that driver ?
