Another 41 new profile pictures for the boards!
Just some of the UKSB members to update or upload their profile picture.

It is fact, that people with a profile picture in place get far more
help and replies to posts they make, than those without.Go on, upload your picture, you know you want to! 😉

I thought I would regurgitate this post from a couple of years ago as I am seeing more and more newcomers to the site not uploading their profile picture.
This is not mandatory, but it is a FACT that posts made by someone with a proper head and shoulders photo of themselves get about 85% MORE replies from other site users than those that do not show their picture.
People associate more with faces than they do names, in fact, many do not even notice the name of the person posting.
Does the person post often, does the person help others and so on… all questioned at a glance and from a face photo.
Not only this, it obviously gives the site a more professional friendly feel to it.Profile pictures cannot be any larger than 130-pixel deep x 100 pixels wide
