Sorry struggling to explain this but i am looking for a substitute vinyl for 3M IJ-40. I do believe it is a polymeric vinyl 85 micron with a permanent solvent based adhesive.

Im looking for somethign similar i have been using it for vehicle branding over slightly curved surfaces as well as truck sides etc.

I have the Mactac JT5829 but i dont think it is as good as the IJ-40.

What would you use on the side of a truck or a die cut print on a vehicle with slightly curved surfaces. I cant afford cast and i dont think it is necessary.

How is the Orajet 3751 or the 3551.

I need to get either A Orajet or Avery equivalent as my supplier does not stock any other films. The mactac JT5929 would be an obvious alternative but it is far more expensive than the IJ-40 im not too sure why but it is not an options at the moment.

Avery 2000 range in EZ RS?

Can you get any Calon 4560GTX? I like that stuff prints well and the price is right and its bubble free.

Down here its priced very well. Beats the pants off most comparable vinyls with the same specs. I use it on box trucks etc.

The adhesive has a bite to it but I guess most vinyls from Arlon as like that.

I’ve also used this on boat decal with the laminate edge sealing the print.
