    Hi All

A customer wants the above but his shop front is a bay window style fascia, he wants it folded in one piece. Any suggestions on how to make/order the tray around the angles?

If you think about it, it is only a normal tray with a couple of extra grooves in the middle. The only bit that needs some care is getting the angle correct so that you get a neat finish on the bottom of the sign. Make a template of the angles by clamping some bits of wood together (like a big adjustable set square).

Hard to explain, but easy in my brain.

yeah looks reasonable… i guess you will need to get some cardboard and cut the angle out to make a template and a few grooves for folding as andy said.

3 separate signs would look much better on that front imo.
