why does my pcut not work properly with signblazer?
hi everyone just to let you know i am a complete newbie so please don’t say anything to technical 😕 .
i have bought a small printing set up and have purchased a pcut mini cut for hopefully doing t shirt lettering.
i have download drivers that came with it and trying to use sign blazer , when i have tried to use it the cutter does not work as if it does not recognized it is even there . not sure if it is a fault with machine or user :lol1: if any one could help would be great tracey -

I cant help with your problem, other than to contact your supplier, they should be able to help.otherwise there is quite a bit of info here from others Peter

thanks bought it of ebay so no firm instructions but done what notes said tried to find manual, not had much look will keep trying.

hi thanks for that could you please leave little more info on how to do that i have tried to go into settings it keeps saying that the cutter is not configured, so i think it is as you say a connection problem.

thanks for your help, so i brought it home and tried it there i had same problem, so thought sod this 🙁 , and gone and bought a larger cutter with instructions and software.
and getting shot of small one i tried links off this site and a few people seem to have problems with them, hope fully i won’t have to with this one but u never know :wink:.
again thanks are there any event where i can learn more about all this printing and sublimation stuff,
i normally run a cleaning company so hey if anyone needs help in that field I’m you girl.
