  HELP. Versacamm Stopped

  Hi Guys,

  Printing a banner and it’s got more than 3/4 through and the head has stopped and gone back. It says Now Processing. I don’t know what to do. Don’t want to touch anything. Never done this before.

  Mine done that the other day there, sat there waiting for it to cut after it had printed… left it about 20 minutes then got fed up waiting and just reset the printer and all has been fine since

  Think it was more down to my computer freezing up 🙁

  Sounds like it’s waiting for information from the PC.
  Did it go in to sleep mode on a long print job?
  (Not that I’ve got any experience in this – just a thought).

  Hi guys,

  Good News! 😀 . I started it again and it was perfect this time. Just kept moving the mouse so it didn’t go into sleep mode like peter said.

  Happy now anyway :lol1:

  I think you ought to let it stay up late on those longer print jobs 😛
