  • Where to get Subaru Fluorescent Yellow?

Posted by Mark Stead on 8 June 2008 at 21:10

    Hi all

Got to do a full rally replica car this week and I usual buy a 2 year Fluorescent Yellow vinyl from Hexis. Problem is they are sold out with delivery being a few weeks. I can only find other suppliers that do it with a 6 month life.

Does anybody have a good supplier of a 2 year plus?

    Cheers

    Mark

dont think i would use Fluorescent Yellow for that just not good enough.
a bright quality yellow would be my choice.

Amari do a good yellow for the Subaru mate. It’s not fluorescent but looks good when on a blue background.

Cheers all, will try europoint. He wants an exact replica so its a more fluorescent colour. Did see the Luminous Yellow from amari but its not exact.

Europoint is a no go, only do 6 month exterior life.

I’ve done 4 or 5 of these and used 751c – 025 Brimstone Yellow on all of them.

    HI there,

Sorry to correct you Mark but Europoint do either a 1 year or 2 year , both are cast gloss flourescent and we of course have a yellow.

The 7510 is a 2 year and is a triple layer cast white/flourescent/clear.

This would be the best product to use.

    Regards
