    Hello wise ones,

I am trying to cut on a piece that is 13" x 60". I have set the vinyl on the right hand side, press enter and it does it’s bit scanning etc then stops and says "Re-align rollers" What am i doing wrong ??
Also is there a min width of vinyl that you can cut on, ??
Sorry again for the simple questions?

    Thanks guys

Hi, You need to make sure that the rollers are positions under the blue markings, you should be able to cut down to quite narrow pieces of vinyl, say 100mm, depending on which model you have.

you also need to be sure you have covered the sensors back and front, don’t know your plotter though 🙄

Except that the markings are white on mine. 😀

What Alistair is saying though, is that the rubber pinch rollers on the top of the vinyl must be aligned with the grit rollers underneath.
