  can anyone help with jv33 head memory error please?

  Hello

  Can you please help me?

  I have a JV33.

  I arrived at the end of the vinyl roller and the chuck remained stuck, the machine then printed during 15 minutes at the same place. My Boss is thrown into a panic and POWER OFF the machine.
  Since this I have the following error message.
  " ERROR 200 – HEAD MEMORY"
  My reseller says "The Machine is broken – No warranty it’s my fault –

  Can you please help me?

  can they fix the machine in any way??

  The machine do not work.

  I can not start it.

  is the supplier saying that you have to throw the machine away is he saying that it can be fixed.

  We have seen one of those recently.

  It turned out that the carriage slider board (the board on the top of the print carriage) had gone down. It was replaced by under warranty.Simple to fit – no calibration required.
