  Is there a simple way to create dome text to be cut in vinyl or is there a font you can get ?

  sorry lee not sure what you mean.
  you can dome cut lettering or you can print and cut dome bubble look alike letters. ?

  look up a demo by stevo using corel creating inside shadows and highlights.
