Hey everyone. Just wondering if you could help me? I have a customer who would like me to re do the inside of their nightclub. The walls are flat, but will need a board of somekind to cover. In total there will be equivalent of 25 8ftx4ft boards. I was thinking of printing straight onto foamex, but been told that they expand etc.. Can anyone recommend something i could use? anyone done something simular to this??? 🙂 any help greatly appreciated.

Trade brigade offer flat bed printing. ask for Nick Walker and mention your a UKSG member. I am sure he will do a good deal…

some flat beds have low dpi on prints so i would request some sample of print to get the resolution required correct before hand.

i would probably use skybond light from europoint display and have trade brigade print direct to the board. just get europoint to deliver directly to them. again, as a UKSG member europoint should do you a good deal on multiple boards as a one off order.

    remember its skybond "light" 3mm

    😀

what about printing direct to say silver/mirror dibond with an image… We use JKN digital until we get our own machine. (when lol)

I thought you quit sign making tho?
