    Hi

    I’ve been asked to quote for an exterior acrylic sign with s/steel posts

    Im not sure of the suitability of acrylic for exterior use, can anyone help?

    Well, acrylic is OK for external use but it doesn’t stand up to vandalism very well. Could you describe the sign a bit better and its intended purpose?

    Im having a problem showing image files.

    Customer wants a 48"x30" clear acrylic sigh with a vinyl logo & text with 25mm s/steel posts.

    Ive done a few of these for interior use bot never for exterior.

    Is it feasible?

    i would use at least 10mm clear acrylic probably 15mm, and 50 – 75mm s/s posts.. with welded on clamps with taped holes and use counter sunk s/s machine screw to fix on
