  Hello

  How do you obtain the roland service menu is there a special code\

  I have a SP-540

  Mike I got the following from a Roland tech I’ve tried it and it works

  This is depend on the firmware version so please try below two method,

  Please switch on the machine from the back side and then

  1. Please press UP.LEFT,RIGHT,DOWN,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT arrow keys and then immediately by keep pressing the LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT arrow keys (please press and hold these three keys) power on the machine from the panel.

  2. Please press DOWN,RIGHT,LEFT,UP,RIGHT,DOWN,LEFT arrow keys and then immediately by keep pressing the LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT arrow keys (please press and hold these three keys) power on the machine from the panel.

  Michael, Andre is right. It depends on the firmware. I "discover" it every time when I stand in front of a new machine. On the VP series, the most that works for me is: DOWN RIGHT, LEFT UP, and after this RIGHT DOWN LEFT POWER
