  • what material can i use please for this signage?

This may seem a strange question to ask on a sign forum but my work is Embroidery, Vinyl printing onto textiles and Sublimation. I know nothing about signs.
I have just rented a small shop and I need to know what is the best material to buy to make my main sign out of. It will be 2 and half by 1 meter in size. It will go flat on the wall with a light projecting from over it.
    Hope you can help.

I would go for a perspex sign in a Eurotrim/Panatrim type of frame

I’m presuming that German sign trade suppliers would supply the whole thing ready made….you would just need to vinyl it and put it up

A well finished sign like that will look much better and last for years with little or no maintenance

    Hi,
    Thanks for that advice.
I have found the local Dibond and Perspex supplier. He supplies the sign trade in my area. He does not have the material for the framework which is strange. I must do some more homework/searching.
Trouble is , my German is not so good. Example… Plastic products supplier = Kunststofferzeugnisse.
Hard to find things in the yellow pages.
    Thanks again.
