  where can i find mac password on new laptop?

  hi a friend of mine bought a mac book out in thailand, but with the excitement of being on holiday, she was given a password which has been forgotten 😕 no software will load up without it….what can she do to retrieve her password? 😀

  version osx 10.5.2

  There’s no password on new macs.

  You must fill all data and you create the password when you restart the mac the first time.

  Anyway, you can change the password with the installation disk.
