where can i source 6mm Correx/ fluted board please?

hi all,

just wondering who you use for your corr-ex/fluted sheeting?

We’re looking for a backup supplier (Ireland or UK based)
for 6mm 1220mm x 2440mm sheets by the pallet? 150 sheets per pallet

what are others paying on orders of similar size per sheet?

any recommendations,

Hi Brian

O’Sullivans, Vink, Williaam Cox, Access Plastics in Ireland.

You could also try McIvor Industries (in Mayo I think) They manufacture items from corriboard and might even make the corriboard material themselves.

i’ve tried most of those but the price is way over what we are paying by 3 euro per sheet in one case 😕

i’ll try McIvor Industries tho’… cheers

tried ’em already… but at 9.95 sterling a sheet? not sure what you guys pay… together with a shipping charge of 265 quid its working out about 4.66 euros a board dearer than what we pay now? 😮

you’d think so… but anyone i spoke to are tied up in deals with distributors and wont sell direct?

any suggetions of manufacturers would be appreciated..

lynn i actually tried that myself, i phoned the company that makes it in ireland….and the guy was adamant that they wouldnt sell me it, only from an authorized supplier that he recommended 😀

yep, tried them myself needed 10 pallets, still weren’t interested, must be a watertight contract. they supply most of the uk dealers, even tried the lorry driver to see if he could lose a few load :lol1: no joy
