  PC600 won’t pick up cartridge… Help PLEASE!

  I’m hoping someone with more knowledge of the PC-600 can help! The print head on my PC600 won’t pick up a cartridge. The print head seems to be out of alignment (or something??) Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know of a fix?

  Hi Katie, have you tried a different cartridge shell? I swopped mine and it worked.

  this happen usually when print-head is changed or other base part
  you need to set new print-head alignment to cartridge holder
  the procedure for this use buttons on control panel of printer but i did not know all steps
