  can anyone help me with this error message please?

  Here’s todays problem. Ive just changed the type of vinyl to Easimark Opaque. I load the vinyl, the carriage checks the size of the vinyl but then continues to the other end of the plotter and gives a ERR50 ORIGIN message.
  It did not do this with the Easimark Cotton. Is it the vinyl , settings etc?

  hi
  possibly pinch roller position, you may have moved it while loading.
