    Hey guys,

going to be moving the printer in a few days. Keeping it upright. If I secure the heads, put empty cartridges in the printer and the rubber stopper am I good to go?

    Printer will be kept upright.

leave the carts in, turn off for shortest period. move carefully with a lot of people around u if going up stairs.

If have to take carts out, then shortest time poss, the empty cartridge route might work to stop the airflow.

    Hi
as Dave said but put a couple of bull dog clips on drain hoses to stop the Carts siphoning. The heads are locked in place so should not move

when my sc540 was unpacked there was a bracket holding the head, which was removed and mounted on the back of the machine, for future use if moved.

    Hey guys,

All moved. I locked in the heads, put in empty cartridges. We didn’t tilt the printer at all. The machine was down for about 3 hours in all. Seems fine now. I need to give it a proper manual clean but seems all good.

    Thanks
    Jason
