    Hey guys,

Anyone fixed multi mounts to plaster? I’m thinking I have to replace the screw that comes with the multi mount with one of those plaster butterfly screws.

Is this the easiest way of doing it?

Do you mean plaster board or a plastered wall?

A plastered wall. But I’ve got no studs behind where I want to fix it too.

I emailed the manufacturer and they already replied. I can use the buttlerfly clips no problems.

    G’day Jason
Yes I have done this. You’ve got the right idea. I found the best way was to replace the screw with a toggle. Just be careful regarding the weight your hanging though.

Late Edit: You can also use Wall Mates which screw into the gyprock. Then use a self tapper to screw into that. more info here http://www.itwproline.com.au/Hollow-Wal … fault.aspx

    Cheers
