what vinyl to use on vehicles for flexibility on corners?

Can anyone advise me on the best type of vinyl to use on vehicles for flexibility on corners etc

3M, Oracal, Avery, Grafityp, Mactac etc etc all do various series of vinyls but for what you are after you should be using a "cast" vinyl or a wrap vinyl. i know little about your job in question so i can only guess one or the other.

Cast vinyl, also known as HP (high performance)
Calon 2 by Arlon, 3M, Oracal 851 are all I use on vehicles. (and 1-Shot)
I mean for cut vinyl, I know jack about wrapping but did use the 3M controltac with comply once… even an idiot couldn’t get a bubble or a wrinkle with that stuff, it’s great.
(I hate applying vinyl)
Anyway, I treat the job in this way;
think about how much a car costs to buy. Would you put cheap vinyl on it?
The cast is thinner and has a bit more stretch.
I save the Oracal 651 for corosigns and window lettering.
And I never use Avery due to past failures.
Use HP and charge for what it’s worth, usually it doesn’t cost that much more than calendared.
