    Hi,

I’m having trouble with getting my printer to ‘see’ the crop marks,I insert crop marks on the object, then send it to ‘print & cut’ but select to ‘print only’ it goes and prints, but it prints some crop marks around the crop marks that easy sign added, once it’s done printing I hit ‘print & cut’ ‘cut only’ but the machine can’t find the crop marks?

    I’m using a Roland SP-300V

    Thanks guy’s,

Sorry dont know what easysign is.

Are you using Versaworks as your RIP?

Make sure you position the cutting knife directly in the middle of the first circle. It will find the first crop mark then the second, then roll your media out until the third and so forth.

Make sure your media is straight it only has a 5 degree tolerance.
