  RIP software

  I know this is a sort of open-ended question & everyone will have their favourites but what are the advantages/disadvantages of the different software rips out there?

  I’m currently looking at Shiraz, Onyx, Wasatch & Troop but getting a bit bogged down with what I actually need & what features are useful for the future. Also, which one offers the best features & print results for the money.

  Most jobs are POS work with a little fine art, printed on our 60" HP (but will upgrade this at some point to solvent for flexibility).

  All opinions & help appreciated…

  I can tell you that Wasatch and Troop are one and the same, but personally I would see what is recommended by machine supplier and then see demos and see which one suits you and your application.
