Vector HELP

Hi All

Can some one help me ? A customer has sent this to me to cut and i don’t know how to change it to a vector image , can some one PLEASE help

I know what it was like when I was starting up, no one was interested in helping, definitely a closed shop (still is in oz unfortunately) and we had no resource like the UKSB’s to call on back then…

Just trying to help others avoid the heartache I went through that’s all.

A big Hello to all that have a look, can one of you that have VMP or know how it works tell me how to clean up the image in this form,
As i don’t know how and i need to cut this yesterday.
