  • How to fill out PDF form?

Posted by Jill Marie Welsh on 2 November 2007 at 12:49

    Hi.
A new client has sent me out some sort of vendor’s form.
It, along with a W9 tax form, are embedded in a PDF.
I need to fill them out and email them back.
I did print the damn things, because I can always snail-mail them the old-fashioned way, but how the heck to I fill them out electronically?
I’m stumped. Don’t want to seem like a numpty to a potential big client.
    Love….Jill

    Jill
just had a quick check & it says forms can be completed in "In Design" you could try doing it via Corel. From all accounts you can get static & dynamic forms static cannot be completed on computer for print out only.
Dont take this has 100% have just looked through the help files. I have used flexi to add text to a PDF before.

Jill, later versions of Illustrator and Signlab will open a pdf directly.
