Universal Panatrim UCL 142 if it measures 32mm on the face.
One end should have a screw at edge end (other end riveted).
Otherwise it could be Eurotrim 100 (30mm across the face) with barbed knock-ins one end and screws the other.
Many extrusions about though will be virtually identical.

    Hi Guys

I didn’t think it was a Panatrim style as I thought they had a bit of a recess like the picture below where this almost looks like the board is stuck up against the inside front angle of the frame with vhb tape or something 😕

I have never seen or made any Panatrim frames so this is why I thought it was different.

Hi All, I’ve got to supply a sign like this, approx 1m x 500mm/ Where is the best place to buy panatrim or eurotrim from and also why do you place a strip of foamex along the top of the sign.

    Cheers John

John, there are quite a few suppliers of frames I use Cherwell good service and they will make them up, complete with panel.

Reason for strip, its not as important when using composite sheet, but its to allow the foamex to stay flat without buckling, and twisting, if it was just resting on the bottom edge, again not so important with smaller signs,
but on larger depths 3′-4′ it is necasary

Hi Peter, Thanks for the info. I’ve replaced a few small panels in the past, on this type of sign frame, but have never put one up from scratch. Will give cherwell a ring today.

    Cheers John

Just being funny, or trying to, John. 😀

Do a search on "I hate panatrim" and you’ll get my views which, I hasten to add, are probably not mainstream on this board. 😀

Hi John, 😳 sorry – I’ve no sense of humour today,

I take it you don’t like these frames. I’ve already rang Cherwell and he’s given me a price for there equivalent. I will ring Kestrel and get a price for their signframe.

Cheers for keeping me right. 😀

I knew when I posted this I would hear from you Mr Childs :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

I have never used either so will be trying both options at some stage so I can see the differences.

    Deep breath now John 😉

    cheers

    Hi warren,
At first I thought that’s how you attach the panatrim to a wall.
