    Arslan,

What is the wall made of?

Smooth, rough, sealed, flaky, or whatever?

Don’t bother to use vinyl as a background. The adhesives on it are FAR less effective than those on a good double sided tape.

If you use a good quality FOAM Double sided tape and it will stick as well as it ever can.

The alternative is to have the wall repainted in a satin or gloss paint to improve the stick.
