  PRINT AND CUT OFFLINE

  HELLO……..

  Does anyone know how to correct the cut on my sp300 when sending to print and cut the cut is about 2mm ofset to the right hand side. I did take a look at the menu and did a test but it means very little to me cus im a newbeeeeeeeee

  Check that you are loading your print the correct way round. Sounds daft but an easy mistake to make.

  after it printed the 2 scales it cut 2 lines, where the lines cut the scale numbers is the vales, to be put into the next part of the menu.

  this will correct the print and cut difference.
  if the knife is out of calibration to the reg marks then that has to be corrected within the service menu.

  thats it for the 540 presume the 300 similar
