Just thought I’d share my opinion on this material. I just did some boxing ring numbers with Avery 3021 matt vinyl on the top. What a pleasure to work with. I don’t know of the layer lets the air breathe through the core but bubbles disappeared like nothing. It’s also extremely light. Although not the cheapest substrate on the market its a lot lighter then the standard Forex range.

I like the Avery 3021 to work with as well no app taping required I could lay it straight on.

Ditto! – I have found this very easy to use and now the 5mm is available its a real alternative to normal foam where a more rigid lightweight sign is required. We have switched to dibond for our hanging POS signs as the foamex type materials bend over time with the heat from food counters, however I am considering giving the Smart a trial with these.

Its very strong but will shatter if its bent too much and the edges crush a little when passing through a laminator (ezytaper) but otherwise a good addition.

Yeh I found that too Collin with our ezytaper. I then opted to do it by hand. Worked out pretty well in the end.
