    Hi everyone
Maybe I have done something wrong or everyone at vectorWise is on holliday but I have the following problem.

I placed an order and paid for a image to be vectorised last friday (29th july) recieved an email to say it would be with me in 24hours,

As of today 4th July I have not recieved any response to my questions as to why it is late or if I have missed something, I have sent at least 6 emails to all the adresses I can find and no response.

Can anyone help me or am I to ask for my money back??

Even if I have done something incorrect with the order or payment or the fact Im in Spain or ANYTHING I think I deserve a email at the least.

I was hoping to have this back and on a clients vehicle by now I think I will loose the job if I cant get it done this week.

Sorry if this is not the place to put this message but I dont know what else to do.

    Clive

    🙁

Clive I can only think your messages have gone astray, that is very unusual behavior for vectorwise 🙄

I think Andrew is away on holiday 🙁 But perhaps Rob can sort it out for you when he’s on later!

But I can honestly say I’ve used Vectorwise a few times with brilliantly fast results!

I may be out of order, as I dont know why Andrew hasnt replied, but if you are desparate, post the image you need vectorising, and we will see if we can help,

Clive ………… I’m really rubbish at trying to vectorise anything…… 😳 But maybe some clever person here can use mine to get it right for you.
The gif is a very poor image to start with.

    hi clive
i have just spotted this post mate and went to check the records.

you did put an order through to andrew as i have an automated copy.
it was processed around 7pm on friday night.
I do not know what has happened from there because Andrew was actually online, on the boards for a few hours around that time on friday night.
Andrew is on holiday now and i have no way of contacting him. however he didnt leave till tuesday afternoon and hasnt been at work since friday.
so its not like he has been mega busy to blatantly ignore your emails.
my guess is that your emails havent been getting through?
i say that because "i havent received any emails from you" im having bother with my email account but even then, i’m 100% sure that i havent received any pm’s on the boards from you mate, as i have just checked.

i will check the servers email system to check theres nothing in its inbox.

sorry for any inconvenience caused mate…
