Are you enlarging the size if you are you will not get the same resolution.

    Hi Peter
Thanks for the swift response. The size is exactly the same. it just appears really low res.

I’ve converted it into all sorts of file type’s and it just seems to loose its edge.

I’m waiting for AIT to call…….as I feel its either really bad human error or the software is doing something I can’t see.

    Cheers

Does it print low res? some software will show a low res image for positioning only but will print the Hi Res at output time.

    Hi Alan,

AIT haven’t got back to me and I’m trying the option you’ve suggested as I type. I’ll keep you posted.

I was holding back on printing, not wanting to waste media…(I’ll not be so tight next time)

    Cheers

    I PM you…
There isn’t any settings I am aware of like that… What file format you are using, something tells me you are rendering the EPS Thumbnail image if it is an EPS or PS.
