Poor Suppliers (Tradesignz)
Nearly felt like throwing the towel in last week because of the poor service we have been getting from suppliers.
Have just got off the phone from Tradesignz, having ordered a projecting banner pole system over a week ago. Credit card up front payment taken and told next day delivery. Didn’t turn up next day so waited until after the weekend and then rang again Monday afternoon three times before I was told they were at the powder coaters and I wouldn’t get them until Thursday. It’s now Friday they haven’t turned up, so I rang again to say I was unimpressed with the service and when they knew what was going on could they ring me back. Was called back moments later to say they had now canceled my order.
I had explained on the Monday afternoon that I need them before the end of the week to complete a job and now this won’t happen.
Don’t know of other peoples experiences with this company, but this was the first (which didn’t even end up happening) and last time I will use them.

Had the same experience when I ordered a bracket for a projecting sign. Same excuse the powder coaters.
Although I couldn’t fault Ashby this week. Placed a tray order last Friday afternoon, it was fabricated & at the powder coaters by 10am Monday morning and ready for collection Thursday.
Although Ashby did tell me the powder coating is always the bottle neck, seems that most of the companies outsource this and they get let down themselves so the knock on effect happens.

used TRADESIGNZ just last week, ordered two galvanized brackets, service was fine, products were top notch, can’t fault them really. Maybe it’s the powder coat that’s the problem?
I think you always have at least one bad experience with any supplier, it seems that’s just the way it is sometimes.
