  Black ink pooling on Hydrosol Roll up

  Hi All,

  Help……

  I’m trying to print a 1200 wide poster on Hydrosol roll up media. I’m using a JV3 and Shiraz ver 6.4

  The image is very dark and has alot of black on it. Over the black areas it is pooling quite badly making the black areas very blotchy.

  Any ideas or anyone use this media and rip.

  Problem sorted.

  Changed the profile to a different manufacturer.

  same problem we get, how did u solve yours?

  we use photoshop and convert CMYK to CMY colours by shifting all the black to the other 3 colours, that works for us.

  Hi Dave,

  I used the APS TSFP6 pull up profile 720 x 720 is the only one that works on uni directional and 8 passes. really slow but it comes out Great.

  Looking for another provider for pull ups media. Need to be able to knock these things out quicker…..
