    Hi everyone 😀

A question I would like to ask everyone, who do you find the cheapest when it comes to flat cut or built letters?????

    Cheapest isn’t always best.

Accent signs offer a good reliable service at good prices 😀

I use Accent too for my flat cut (and moulded). Reasonable prices – pretty good quality as well.

I spoke to Brimark and followed up with an email with artwork requesting a reasonably urgent quote. Didn’t hear a dicky bird and had to rush around elsewhere.

Edit: Brimark have since followed up direct with me to check further – they did not ever receive my email – and I don’t recall following up. So lesson number 1 I guess. They haven’t asked me to apologise – but I do so here.

    quote Marts:

Why do they bother advertising on here?

    Hi Martin,

Its Mark here from Brimark Signs, sorry to hear about your problems, I must say it does not sound like us, generally we reply to quotes within 15 minutes. I wonder if you can answer a few questions so I can investigate this:

When you called who did you speak to?
what was the date and time of your email?
    What is your company name?
Did you call back after a few hours when you did not receive a response to check the email had arrived?, if so who did you speak to?

We at Brimark signs take customer satisfaction very seriously as it is our life blood and I will endeavour to get to the bottom of this issue.

    Regards

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply – guess I sound a bit miserable in my first post above.

Will email you my email address (if that makes sense) – don’t think I have the original but my artwork (ai – 55kb) is dated 14th September 2006 – and assume it would have been sent on that date.

Cannot remember who I spoke to but this would have been around 5 – 5.30pm on, I guess, 13th September if this helps with your records.

Must confess don’t recall ringing to follow-up – perhaps guilty of assuming any email that doesn’t get bounced back has safely arrived.

    Anyway, thanks for your intervention.

    email to follow.

    Martin

Martin, certainly no apologies needed, its a lesson to us all that communication is key to success with suppliers and clients and as they say

"if first you don’t succeed" etc etc. 🙂

    regards
    Mark
