    Hi all

Hope one of you can help. I have just purchased a Roland SP540v and have just installed Vinyl master pro to cut my vinyl. i send the job from the spooler to the Roland, it says it is processing in the little display but nothing happens.

Has anybody got any ideas on what i might have done wrong?

It is really battering my head in and feel like taking a hammer to the bl—y thing.

    Thanks in advance.

    Tony

in vmp you have to be carefull which printer you have set in windows as your default printer ie your deskjet because when you send your file to print from vmp it will send to the default printer ie your deskjet! its a pain in the a, everytime i send a file to cut i have to click on the printer/cutter properties(in vmp) then advanced tab and from the dropdown window i then have to select my cutter, then the file will cut np, its a pain but it works.
