If it’s just for THAT text – won’t take more than 10 minutes to redraw manually (overlaid on the picture) as it’s just boxes.
Never seen that as a font before – could it just be as a logo.

possibly, What would be the best way to redraw this? when i zoom in its all distorted tryed tracing but with no joy. (prob just my skills lol)

Import image.
Pick a ‘thickness’ that best suits one of the ‘legs’ of the text – this can then be extended, rotated etc.
Just do ALL the verticals (ALL SAME HEIGHT when required)…then all the horizontals…zoom in & IGNORE the background image and make sure the ‘boxes’ are aligned…rotate one for the ‘R’ & ‘K’ and weld the whole lot. Ditch the image, then go round the welded ‘text’ – double click & adjust/delete any errant nodes.
Job done.

Not bad mate.
Just a wee note – just use the one thickness of rectangle for the text & duplicate it over & over…dragging the copies along the same axis, then use the same one & rotate it. That way the text will be more uniform in size…it’s also MUCH faster!
Dave
ps. what software are you using?
